I am allergic to freshly cut grass. And some other things… but I can’t avoid grass like I can avoid a Black-Eyed Susan. As I am sitting here typing this, I can hear a lawnmower somewhere close to my house and soon I will start to sneeze and cough because I refuse to close my window on a nice 52-degree day. It is incredibly inconvenient for me normally, but now people will think my stupid allergy is going to kill them. I don’t leave my house often… if I do it is for a walk around the neighborhood, I use a mask to cover my face and am fairly good at avoiding people. If I do see another human, I make sure I stay more than 6-10 feet away from them. Now, I can only imagine me walking by a house where someone decided to break out the lawnmower to break up the monotony of their day stuck inside and then will just give me the death glare as I start to hack up a lung and sneezing my brain out.
